Designing an accessible, educational tool to raise awareness around heart attack risk factors

Bayer aimed to increase awareness of heart health through an easy-to-use, mobile-first risk assessment. Partnering with AnalogFolk, we collaborated to craft an intuitive experience that simplified medical information and prompted reflection. Our biggest challenge was distilling clinical content into a warm, approachable tool that encouraged repeated use without losing credibility. We handled the UX strategy, interface design, and content layout while aligning with the platform’s backend partner, Huma.

Highlights
The experience was built to grow. The modular system allowed for additional questions, visual refinements, and localized content. It was built using a scalable component model to adapt across languages and regions.

We delivered a fully responsive product in just two months. Bayer received a polished, developer-ready experience backed by documentation, modular components, and a user-centered content structure. The tool was successfully implemented as part of Bayer’s broader cardiovascular health initiative, helping thousands assess and reflect on heart health. Our design contributed to increased completion rates and positive feedback from users and stakeholders alike.
